    Nothing worse than kpop idols believing their own hype. Kpop is not global, it's not even on Anime's level. She admits that alot of the music is heavenly influence by other countries yet she wants to claim the Korea has more passionate idols, yeah she can keep living with that delusion. Honestly these kind of comments, which mostly come from fans is why I don't want kpop to succeed in the west, cuz then its just going to give people a reason to claim the kpop is so much more superior than everything else, these people need a reality check BAD.

      Years ago I didn't want kpop idols to expand outside Asia because I was worried they would get torn apart by some of the public and the press and I didn't want my faves to experience the humiliation.

      Now it's come to the point that I want them to receive the backlash they and their stans so richly deserve. And by them, I mean the deluded and arrogant ones not the likes of Wonder Girls who are modest and realistic about success in the US.

    On the one hand, thank god 2NE1 is trying something other than their usual INYOFACEOMGAWWWWWWD shit. That being said... "I Love You" is fucking boring. The line distribution is better (although the MV was mostly CL-focused as usual), I actually liked Dara's little section(although her hair looks ridiculous as usual), but Minzy... you're a dancer, for fuck's sake. You're BETTER than just writhing and fondling yourself. Bom... the hell happened to her? She's just... she's like wallpaper. She just sat/stood there and acted as uncharismatic as possible.

    CL needs a reality check, though. Seriously. I am so sick of YG arteests being too high and mighty to do things like variety shows/fun sports competitions with other idols, and then acting like they're so deep and philosophical with crap like the above.
