T-ara N4's American Album, featuring Chris Brown, announced!

This is going to be one bubbling hot mess.

So, erm, some guy named Damuer H. Leffridge who is a managing partner at Popular Entertainment Group (no, seriously that's the name of the company) and represents T-ara N4, 5Dolls and SPEED( so I'm pretty sure this all legit),  just dropped the bomb about TN4 making an official US debut.

From the tweets that I posted above it's pretty obvious that, that information isn't the worth of it. T-ara will be collaborating with Chris Brown, Ray J, Wiz Khalifa and many other ratchet acts. The name of the album is also equally as ratchet as it has been entitled "Miss Understood".

This gif says it all.

I don't know what the fuck CCM's CEO is thinking tbh because this debut is going to be one mother fucking travesty. T-ara N4 already looked ghetto enough when they flew over to America to answer Chris Brown's "love call" (coughs). I mean, do I really need to remind you of this?

#Ratchet

Now, they're going to emphasise this ruffian theme that they're going with, by having a collab with several known hoodrats.

Let me state all the reasons why these guys really are famous:

  • Chris Brown: beating up Rihanna (and others).
  • Ray J: singing a song that brags about taking Kim K's virginity, and who is less popular than his sex tape.
  • Wiz Khalifa: going out with some model called Amber Rose and tweeting about his sexual fantasies with her in the most vivid manner ever.
I'm honestly very intrigued to hear what T-ara N4's got to offer with this American debut considering that none of them are even remotely fluent in the English language, so unless they are planning to do "rap" in Korean with Chris Brown whining all over a song. I'm hoping they shove Dani in the sub-unit because I don't see how this is going to work.
I'm also curious to know who is going to be taking creative control of the album. After all, it was Chris that brought TN4 to America - purely for the music, of course due to feeling a "special connection" with the song (ahem). Obviously, he's renowned for his musical talent and originality, therefore he would probably want to contribute to the compositional aspect to the song. Of course, we can't forget Ray J - a lyrical genius - who will probably have something fabulous in store for the girls (I hit it, I hit it, I hi-i-i-it first~).

Oh! And if that wasn't enough, TN4 will also going to be touring in the U.S!

Chuck, I think now is your best chance to get to pee in Eunjung or Jiyeon's buttholes.

    1. YES YES YES

This will generate wacky news every other day, hilarious photos, tears from haters, random netizens and fans globally, cross-cultural miscommunication shenanigans, wow I can't wait. I'm not expecting any good music out of these collabs but I don't care, everything else will more than compensate, if a song is decent that's just a bonus.

I mean, sure, I wouldn't want to be someone working at Popular Ent but as a spectator? FUCK YEAH. Thanking everyone involved in advance for the blog material I'm going to get out of this.

    2. tears from haters will be the best. everyone wants to show the world the "kpop power" until the time actually presents itself too. let us now watch all that fake unison bullshit from the racist snsd incident as they all turn their backs and bash t ara for showing america the power of kpop

    2. She was 13 when she was reruited and that was 2 years ago.

    3. Google says she's born in December 23 1998, making her (barely) 15. She's the same age as Janey and that girl is in D-unit now (though she does nothing) and Tia and Melanie are only one year older. Depending on how long this mess takes she could be 16 by the time they actually debut over there.

  7. What's with American rappers collaborating with Kpop idols? There was SNSD with Snoop Dogg, Rania with him and 2Chainz, and likely other cases that prove such disasters do not occur in isolation. Mainstream American wants no more Kpop after Gangnam Style, and fangirls with superiority complexes won't lower themselves to listen to "trashy Western music", esp. if it involves the infamous T-ara.

    1. Because KPOP in general sucks the cock of american pop culture like a good little whore unlike Japan. Their female artists emulates Beyonce, the male artists learns music from Ne-Yo and all of the rappers out there. Meanwhile, Japan is growing more xenophobic and South Korea only reason to have Aegyo is to pander to the horrible creepy pedos out there who dread at the sight of their idols being actually grown up.

So to reward the KPOP industry for supporting their form of music they collaborate with them for.

    2. "Japan is growing more xenophobic" - Nah.

    3. They are not? I mean at least KPOP go out of their country and perform sometimes.

    4. Man, Azerbaidjanian singers must be THE most xenophobic, because I never see any of them on European charts.

  9. Can't Kpop stay away from the stupid gangsta style?

It's dumb in a culture where there is 'gangsta culture'
It's even dumber in a culture like South Korea where there is no 'gangsta culture'

And why choose morons like Chris Brown to colab with?

    1. There was an article that said Dani and CB knew eachother somehow, but Wiz and Ray J, Those choices are from way outta left field.

  14. Is there any official confirmation of this?

This might just be wishful thinking on Damuer's part. He was tweeting stuff like this right after the Vegas incident, too.

For entertainment's sake, I hope it's true, but I have a hard time believing this is actually going to happen.
