What I dont get is how in the world Daesung hit the taxi to move it enough to run the dude down. I read the YG spokesman statement. According to Akpop translation, the taxi swerve out of lane and then back into the lane to avoid the downed motorcyclist. So they are going to do an autopsy to determine his death was prior or during Daesung accident. If it was during, that just means he ran him over by accident.
Yeah, but a YG spokesman stated that, and how would they know? For all we know, YG is distorting the story to make it seem like Daesung has less of a role in the whole accident.

Um, I feel bad for Hyun (the motorcyclist) and Daesung, and their respective families. It was obviously an accident, but a human life was lost so Daesung's got to live up to the consequences. Considering the fact that the motorcyclist's family has forgiven Daesung and decided to not press charges, this situation should be put to rest. But this post truly irks me. Firstly, if Daesung was a murder, he would not of stayed at the crime scene with the taxi driver and then let himself be interviewed by police for nearly 5 hours. He wouldn't of attended the funeral to pay his respects to the motorcyclist and his family, or helped pay the funeral costs. Secondly; funny, how the tables have turned when it was discovered that it was not Daesung, but the motorcyclist, that was found to have a blood alcohol content four times the allowed limit in South Korea. Like any of you would care if the motorcyclist was dead if a celebrity didn't run him over. I would check the definition of a murderer before you go around labeling people like that. I think you're missing the point, the person who run over him in the first place could have saved him by calling the ambulance. There is no focus on the real culprit. Although I agree it could have been prevented if he hadn't been speeding, or watching closely.

It's stupid seeing antis and fans point fingers. Everyone needs to step back and learn to seperate the person on camera and the person off camera.
The motorcyclist just lost his life, and nothing will bring it back--not a fine and not jail time. Daesung's life has just been screwed and likewise, neither a fine nor jail time will help that either. It was a lose-lose for everyone, and right now, we should just let Daesung handle it like everyone else. There should be no bends for or against him just because he's famous. As for the motorcyclist, may he and his family rest in peace.

It was obviously an accident, but a human life was lost so Daesung's got to live up to the consequences. If he goes to jail I'm sure it'll be a white collar jail and he'll probably be paroled for good behavior after like a year or 2. I doubt he will go to jail at all though. Likely pay a fine and then get shipped off to the army. Either way his rep isn't gonna recover for a loong time, if ever.

Besides this, there was a car in front of Daesung's that swerved out of the way to avoid the motorcyclist laying on the road. In my opinion that would have given Daesung a very small amount of time to see the motorcyclist and get out of the way. This could have happened to anyone. Daesung is a victim of circumstance. :( Your blog post is very disrespectful.

ReplyDeleteFirstly, if Daesung was a murder, he would not of stayed at the crime scene with the taxi driver and then let himself be interviewed by police for nearly 5 hours. He wouldn't of attended the funeral to pay his respects to the motorcyclist and his family, or helped pay the funeral costs. Whoever accuses Daesung of being a murder, I sincerely hope you do not take up a career in law.
Secondly; funny, how the tables have turned when it was discovered that it was not Daesung, but the motorcyclist, that was found to have a blood alcohol content four times the allowed limit in South Korea.
Lastly, this is a somber time for both parties, and to make light of it shows that the blogger who exaggerated the situation at the expense of others is nothing but a sad, little child.
