[MV Review] G-Dragon - One of a Kind

GD makes a totally shittastic comeback with a mini album (with yet another in the works, incoming soonish), and it shows from the songs he picked as title tracks.

One of a Kind's MV is a clusterfuck of kigger swag, exploitation, and schizophrenic (literally) drug paraphernalia/phenomena. There's some dancing and close-ups, but those end up being, of all things, breaks of normalcy between the WTFs.

First up, let's take a look at the kigger swag. Exhibit A:

A theme you're going to notice if you've been paying attention to GD's comeback is that he's using the whole thing as an excuse to show off his friends and money. It's totally fine that he has all these people come together to support his comeback, we'd all do the same if we were in his position. While nepotism ain't dead, and flashy displays of money aren't entirely grounds to base an MV's shittiness off of, it's when you do it so tackily even Prince would cringe. 

I mean just look at em. SO EMBARASSING, FUCK.

Second point: the exploitation. This entire MV is full of exploitation of pretty much anything you can think of. Some examples I found especially egregious:

It's a big "FUCK YOU" to everyone who thought he smoked pot on purpose
and to all his fangirls who thought oppa didn't mean it.

He stole some black kids off the streets to put in his MV... SNEAKY BASTARD, JUST WHEN
EVERYONE WAS COMPLAINING ABOUT LACK OF BLACK REPRESENTATION

Just what the fuck is this sex doll shit.

As you can see, GD has some big brassy balls to pull this shit off. I'm still surprised no one banned this MV yet, especially considering Case 3.

Case 3: drug paraphernalia. The rest of the MV is more G-Druggin shit. I kid you not.

Look at this gorilla-ass motherfucker snort coke on cam like that, da fuck.

There's more stuff of course, but to gif it all would take way too much effort.

What we see of the dance is pretty simple. Nothing too complicated, nothing too difficult to do either. Mostly  random "swagging" around.

I almost shat bricks when I saw that Taeyang ditched the foreverhawk for
his debut cornrows again... 

This part was nice though.
Random twerking in pleather leotards, yesssssssssssssss.

The song itself is a pretty fat clusterfuck itself. Though I liked the fat beat Choice made, everything went to shit after GD started on his verses. UGH. It's like he tried combining Lil Wayne with Busta Rhymes. And that sounds as terrible as you can imagine. It tries to do too much, and sounds like at least 3 different songs spliced together. It's unfortunate, cause the beat definitely had a ton of potential in my opinion.

Poor Choice.

This sucks, total waste of a nice beat.
