DeleteIt's a kind of element of aegyo in Korea, but a little on the sex appeal side. Maybe because it is similar to sexual moaning, maybe because it is a blatant signal of willful placating. There is probably no way to fully explain it. Either way, it's not really on the recording, but on stage Jiyeon sounds whiny in a cute/hot way.
