Even SM the Ballad is Bored of SM the Ballad

The song/album is so boring, the people in it trying to sing the song can't be bothered to give a shit.


The boys are all high out of their minds and Taeyeon has a look of utter despair on her face. Her eyes scream, "KILL ME PLS" but no one can hear her.

Actually, the only one who's mustering a semi-positive emotion is Krystal... But that's probably because she's thinking, "LOL THIS SONG SUCKS COCK BUT AT LEAST I'M GETTING PAID TO JUST LOOK GOOD AND NOT SING IT ANYWAY."

That method acting tho.

    So after listening to the teasers to see whether Krystal fits in this whole "Ballad" project, I can see why they chose Krystal over Luna (other than Krystal being the main breadwinner of f(x), overrated or not. ). Luna has a much more theatrical voice, whereas Krystal's voice kinda suits whatever sound they're trying to go for here, I was actually pleasantly surprised.

    That being said, I've never had a problem with Krystal's vocals, never loved them, but certainly never disliked them, not to mention they seemed to have improved at-least slightly on "Pink Tape". Sure she might've only been put there for her face, but her singing doesn't seem to be a dead weight, at-least not at this point in time.
