For those who are curious, I'm busy as shit now, and I'll only keep getting busier as I move up. The results of the survey are to help Fany, Soyeon Friend, HYSF and I decide what to do for the next round of hiring and how to counter-act the less frequent posting from HYSF and I. HYSF will be in my shoes next year, so we're trying to tackle the problem now instead of later.
