I think 9MUSES, Girls Day and T-ARA are the three hottest musical acts to ever grace the face of the earth, in that order. Helps that they mostly have pretty good songs too.
Speaking of "looks" those two lolicon-groups are not even in the same league as 9Muses. I'm not saying Girl's Day and T-ara sucks, but they look like schoolgirls if compared to 9Muses.
2014 does look promising. Thankfully I received a year's supply of tissue for Christmas.

Though the 80s was the best decade of the 20th century of course.
The decades with the craziest fashions always are. For me it was the 90s because of the type of rap and hip-hop that was released.
