      People apparently make money through YT ad revenue, but I've yet to see how that works. t's supposedly like a dollar or two for every 1000 video ad views/video views. Of course, that's not counting the people who are smart enough to use AdBlock and/or NoScript who don't have to watch ads.

    I saw this vid a few months back, when it did the rounds of a k-pop related Facebook group I'm a member of during the height of PSY fever - everyone in the group was naturally horrified by it. I watched about 30 seconds, realised what was actually happening, and then thought "okay... you got me to click the link, I've already lost this round, well played".

    Though he just further ruins the reputation of people from the southern US. Not that I care. We're stereotyped as fat (though 1/3 of 'Murica is overweight anyway so I guess that's partially true?), incest babies, homophobes, racists, overly religious pricks, people whose speech is so hick-like that it's barely understandable, etc.
