Yeah so this is J-pop not K-pop but I don't give a fuck because the same insanity leads to it. Apparently Miss Minegishi Minami of AKB48 was caught having a sleepover with a boy idol so management does what? Well they don't fire her like others because she is too popular. Instead they drop her back down to trainee and make her shave off her hair and apologize to fans and then publish this for all the world to see.

On the one hand I don't want to show you and add to her public humiliation, but on the other hand I think if viewed in the right attitude the video should only be a shame to her management. Ultimately the former won out, so you can go find it yourself if you want to see what the insane fanboy/fangirl mindset does.

What I want to draw attention to is that they did this to satiate the rage of psychotic possessive fanboys. This is the kind of disgusting, dehumanizing thing that the mindset leads to and outside of rape and sexual assault this is the worst I have seen an agency do to one of their idols. She has been made a shame unto the whole country and for what? For being a human being and having feelings for someone and wanting to be with them.

Fuck you, insane possessive fanboys.

Fuck you agency for fully playing to them.

Rainbow didn't disband!

It has been since the summer of 2011 since Rainbow has promoted in Korea. They joined the girl group rush to Japan in the fall of 2011, only to find that T-ara was the only group out of all of these groups to debut in Japan to receive any kind of success, yet none of the groups did well in Japan to the extent of Kara and SNSD. So, Rainbow pixie, a subunit--let's just stop here. Rainbow Pixie was awful and I reminded myself of their awful existence writing this sentence. Moving on. So, it's been a year since that awful experience, so what the hell has Rainbow been up to in the past year?

Sistar19 comeback and I love it

I find the group Sistar to be tremendously hot. The other day I was watching a Korean music show on TV--you know, the ones where a group comes out and performs one songs then takes off. Well, I was in the kitchen eating shiitake when suddenly I heard Sistar on TV singing ALONE (great song IMO), and I fanboyed and ran to the living room couch with eyes attentive. I found myself thinking how beautiful they were and enjoying their performance too. I was surprised, because usually a group like Baechigi might stay on top for the first day, but then start falling down after that.

[MV Review] 2Yoon "24/7"

Ever since I found out 2Yoon's debut song, "24/7," was going to be country pop-themed, I've been quite excited for its release. And a little frightened of the outcome.

Once the banjo-laden teaser came out, I basically started foaming at the mouth. I loved it.

That being said, in full, "24/7" disappointed me slightly. The teaser was so addictive and country, and the full song diverged from that more than I'd hoped.

I don't know how many of you watch Immortal Song: Singing the Legend but I admire the show and its previous ones because it has shown singers with at least decent talent pull off wicked and solid performances that make idol groups performing in shitty music shows like MBC's Music Core, KBS's Music Bank and SBS Inkigayo look like chimpanzees and clowns in a circus, while also pitting them in a competition on who gets voted first place by the audience and wins prize money.

When GD first broke headlines with his marijuana scandal, I instantly knew which of the Kangsta Klique to blame for his infection. Jay motherfuckin' Park. [MV Review] GLAM - I Like That

You wouldn't think that I would be in the mood to listen to another idol song this week after SNSD tortured me with I Got Multiple Personality Disorder. However, I remember enjoying GLAM's song about carpet munching, commonly known as Party XXO. I didn't have anything to lose since my expectations for any song coming out this week were vastly lowered.

Baek Ji Young - Hate

After SNSD dumped in all of our ears, Baek Ji Young knew that our ears needed to be healed, so she teamed up with Yiruma and released an awesome song. If SNSD's I Got A Boy could be compared to two fucking fat midgets rubbing vomit and shit all over each other, Baek Ji Young's Hate would be steamy hot lesbian sex between Han Ye Seul, Han Ji Min and Lee Na Young in comparison.
