Zaku Stream?!

Hey all.

I know it's been quite a while since I've last streamed, but I thought I could dust off the ol' webcam for old time's sake and put one on for your view pleasure/displeasure. As of now, I was thinking Saturday April 11th from 4 to 6PM PST (or UTC -7) would be my stream slot. The stream will be hosted here via Twitch.tv (zaku_bot1 if the link fails to work somehow).

If you've got any suggestions for stream topics, better time accommodations, or just want to show your support for the whole thing, feel free to leave a comment below.

Lizzy duckface improvement ratio

Avid Kpopalypse readers may remember that a while ago I made a post noting the large amount of duckface in the selcas from Lizzy of Orange Caramel/After School, and I started a petition to encourage Lizzy selca improvement. I felt that as one of k-pop's most fappable ladies, raising the quality of Lizzy selcas by eliminating duckface was an important cause for k-pop fans globally to get behind and support.

I'm sure that you've often wondered "when I fill out an online petition, how much difference am I really making?" - it's certainly a question worth asking in today's connected age where we're constantly told that improving our world is but a simple check-box away.  Using the data collected from the petition, as well as data from Lizzy, it's time to find out - has the situation improved?

Kpopalypse Livestream is back this weekend!

It occurs to me that some of you cao ni mas might be sad about not getting to go to KCON and meet the illustrious Zaku this weekend because, like me, you live thousands of miles and a good chunk of ocean away from where it's all happening.  Never fear - for you sad dejected types Kpopalypse has got your weekend entertainment sorted with a new livestream!

Hello all. We interrupt your daily fangirl musings to bring you a special announcement.

I've been doing some thinking/brainstorming, and I thought it would be a nice idea to do a AKF livestream ((kinda like what Netizenbuzz has for her fans/readers)). It'll probably be only me until more authors get on board with the idea, and/or we figure out a way to do multiple webcams, but it would be a good opportunity for you all to interact with us.

This is your opportunity to ask us about anything you want, or to get a look at how we run things around here. If you're interested, I'm probably going to set this up for next Saturday evening (July 20th), perhaps at 5PM PST (subject to change).
