On a recent episode of Invincible Youth 2 (ie: No One Gives a Shit Youth), Bora, Suzy, comedian Kim Shin Young and some chick I don't care about made an exercise video. The workout combines dances from the girls' groups (a move from "So Cool" and one from "Breathe") coupled with squatting and some floor exercises. Basically, what Suzy normally does in her bedroom.
As someone who's had her fair share of workout videos (including Paula Abdul's "Get Up & Dance." Jelly? Yeah, I thought so), I've gotta say, this vid's cheesy, but the moves ain't half bad. Girls can work it.
On a related note, I've always thought kpop was a great weight loss catalyst. Just looking at Sooyoung inspires me. OK, not really. Everyone knows "Genie"-era Yuri and Bora have the best bodies.
