The fragile art of 'selca' (who is the best?)

Being true to the internet age, 'selcas' (a marriage between "self" & "camera") have become a popular method for idols to connect with their fans (think: Dara). There are many factors involved, such as lighting, angle, and other such fuckery, but the end goal is to a) look gorgeous, or b) look interesting. 'a' was of course the original intent, and 'b' was (of course), a twisted result of Kpop's cruel and unusual success rule (you have to be super-hot, super-talented, or super-gay to make it).

Amongst idols that suck ass at taking selcas (think: Dara {again}), G.na is perhaps the worst. Instead of looking 'glamorous' (which is the preferred adjective when it comes to the Canadian, due to her saggy breasts), she manages to look creepy and soulless in every fucking selca she takes. She needs to take lessons from.....

... Hyomin, my choice of 'the-idol-that-takes-the-best-motherfucking-selcas'. Girl is gorgeous, and she knows how to accentuate her beauty by using cute expressions, feet, and various other techniques (you can learn them all from resident ulzzang Ra's al Ghul for a mere blue flower!).

    I agree with you. G.NA is terrible and Hyomin is the best...But I need to mention that Soyeon is good at taking selcas too even though they are always close ups of her face and big sexy eyes that say to me "Do Me"....I mean.........

    Hyomin is so beautiful. She is what initially drew me to T-ara in "Like the First Time". I think Nana, if she took selcas, could be pretty good at it too as she is so very hot. With the exception of that one she took of herself without make up *shiver*. Kahi also looks wonderful no matter what she does (even without make up). *not After School biased or anything*

    Hyomin is the selca queen.
    G.NA's face creeped me out when she first debuted, she looks better now with bangs. It tones down her features.
    But she still creeps me out, I guess her D-cup chest makes up for her fugly face which means that she should take selcas that shows off her boobies and less of her face.
