Ohmigosh, hi everybody it's Tiffany here! I'm so happy to be here!
Kpopalypse always gets questions about Korean culture but he doesn't
live in Korea, so he asked me to write something about my favourite
country in the world for you who are thinking of coming to Korea! This
is absolutely unexpected and exciting and humbling all at the same
time! Let's learn all about Korea!

Every Solo Debut from 2016 Reviewed
2015's solo debuts are reviewed here.
In honour of Fei's sextastic solo debut, I've decided to do a mini review (like, a few sentences. I have a day job) of every single female solo debut from 2015 and 2016 (so far, obviously). Here are the debuts from 2016 so far:

This week, we explore bad decisions. The kinds of decisions that make you say, "Who the hell thought that was a good idea?"
Like, I can almost understand the fans who got a little too crazy when they saw T-ara in Vietnam. You're excited, there's a lot going on, other people are going nuts, so maybe you lose it and grab whatever part of an idol gets closest to you. That's still not the best decision, but perhaps in the heat of the moment, you didn't have time to vet it properly.
But I draw a blank on understanding some bad decisions — like a photoshoot at the Memorial to the Murdered Jews of Europe. Someone had to plan that. And I just wonder "Why?"

"I Got A Boy" wins Video of the Year at YouTube Awards
YouTube hosted its first awards show tonight. I've only seen a few minutes of the live stream, but it seemed pretty weird. Or cheap. Yeah, I think that's the word I wanted.
The most interesting thing to come out of the show was Girls' Generation's "I Got A Boy" winning Video of the Year.

It surprised many, I believe.

In the same vein as this wonderfully accurate and not at all stupid list from SmackJuice, the iniquitous reporters here at Anti K-Pop Fangirl have compiled their own list. A list of idols that will make any decent human avoid the treacherous shores of Korea at any cost.
If your eyes and soul can handle the visual calamities of K-Pop's most atrocious idols, proceed within.

The IMPORTANCE of the POWER of 9
There
have been many discussions recently concerning Taeyeon, Seohyun, and Tiffany
breaking away from SNSD and forming Taetiseo (or Taetitseo---as I call them).
Sones from around the world are gathering together in a huge vocal protest
against Taetiseo claiming the POWER of 9 should never have be broken; the Power
of 3, they state, is superfluous and a reminder that the power of 9 will always
dominate any and all subunits of Girls’ Generation.
