The struggle continued for the f(x) fandom this week as SM announced that Red Velvet's fanclub will get a name less than a year after the group's debut.


Look at them walk all over your faves. 


Fans of f(x) naturally got indignant at the news as their own group's fanclub has yet to get a name after six years.


This is why you don't piss off your boss, kids.

    As a huge f(x) stan I can say that we should stop whining over the fandom name, not just because of what f(x) means but also because SM aimed for f(x) to be the "individuality" group or this faux-"anti-conformist" so to conform into the k-pop ways of having a fandom name would go against everything f(x) stands for. This may also be why they never have proper promotions and why their albums are actually good. *shrug*

    For a few seconds listening to Red Velvet's Ice Cream Cake song I thought I was actually listening to f(x). Then I realised Red Velvet doesn't feature Andrew and rejoiced at the improvement. On the other hand the automatic and sex with a chair songs make me asleep.
