Jisun's 바람아불어라 MV

Jisun has finally come out with music after two long years. Two fucking long years. When I first started listening to Korean music in 2008 by getting into Epik High, Jisun was in a few songs and I became a fan of hers. Then in 2009 she released her first (?) solo single "Goodbye My Heart" after she left the rock band Loveholic. Hell, I'd probably like the song even if it was called 방귀를 뀌다.

Below are some more songs Jisun is in. The solo one is Goodbye My Heart. She also featured in Epik High's One (the song that got me into Korean music), Pieces of You, and Paris.

Why am I posting all of these? Because too many damn people only care about idols. This is for the people here that want to listen to an artist because of talent instead of them being just fap material. Yes, I'm heavily guilty of liking idols because they're fap material, but my ears need to be pleased by good music too.

  1. FINALLY JISUN! Don't think any of my friends know her.

  2. I like her voice. The song sounds exactly like a million other ballads though.

  3. I liked the song primarily for her voice. Check out Goodbye My Heart as it's much better imo.

  4. Btw, I don't know why you listen to KPOP if you want to listen to good music. There are better options. There are very few KPOP songs that are good these days. Btw...epik high is not a real hip hop or rap group and jisun is just another boring ballad singer. this song screams mainstream. I like the people, but tbh, their music is just ordinary. Even youtubers are better singers/songwriters.

  6. i wish you guys would stick to more interesting articles like these instead of "troll articles"

anyway, she sounds good. i agree the song isn't anything amazing, but i could always use a good ballad in my life. it probably is better if you can understand the language ._.

Goodbye My Heart is awesome though.

  7. I like articles like this a lot more. But if we didn't troll every once in a while no one would bother reading and we'd get tired of praising artists that no one would listen to.

  10. I love Nell. I listen to them once in a while but rock isn't my preferred genre of music.

  11. Love Jisun, her voice, and LOVEholic. Didnt knew Jisun was on Epik High album til I listen to "Pieces, part one" some time last year.
LOVEholic was my first entry into korean music because Shingiroo (ost for Black blood brothers) was the first video I ever favorited on Youtube back in 2006.

  12. What the fuck is 'real hip-hop'? Because having two emcees and a deejay sounds reminisces of Run-DMC, and they're about as real fucking hip-hop as you'll get (well, Public Enemy). Sure, EH experiments with other genres, but each song is deeply rooted into hip-hop.

...is what I would have said if "Run" + MV didn't exist.

Loveholic/Jisun really doesn't make very interesting music, although her voice is divine. Misty Blue/Han Hee Jung is a much more musically satisfying alternative, in my opinion.
