How Did This "Thing" Debut In K-Pop?

This is Sorn from Cube's new girl group CLC. I am puzzled to how this monster debuted,



Some of you may Google Sorn and this will be one of the first photos you see:


Then you think "What are you talking about, HYSF? She's pretty." 

You say that without realizing it took 10 hours in Photoshop to make her look like that.



I imagine a lot of K-pop fans will now be suffering from PTSD because of Sorn. Jesus Christ.

    Frankly speaking, I don't find her ugly.
    I saw her in a singing contest which I think she won.
    She doesn't suit bleached hair, so I think that is the main problem, as well as the new makeup style given to her.

      She's also not "typically" East Asian in appearance, like most kpop idols (obviously) seeing as how she's Thai. it's interesting to see an idol with different look.

      Apink are the literal antichrist of kpop. They are so horrendously awful that even the greatest composer of our generation, Shinsadong Tiger, cannot salvage them. My My is their only good song. Everything else has either been generic (NoNoNo, Hush) or a step into the life of a cancer patient (Mr. Chu, Luv, I don't even want to mention their most recent song it was so shit) It's a joke that they're in the top five most popular girl groups. They sure got some smoking hot members though

      @clarafag, I actually went to check out the songs u mentioned since I don't stan apink.
      I find LUV and Mr.Chu actually palatable despite my arrogant tastes in Kpop.
      Why, well, 'cos of the arrangement and Jung Eun Ji.
      She should really really go solo because she is not overrated.

    I find she looks like selena gomez a lot but idk I think shes pretty cute. To be honest I think that a lot of the girls debuting nowadays look sorta similar. Like the ones who get ps all go for the same look. Not throwing shade tho, not all of them there are some who look different. But I think people are so used to seeing the same thing that when someone who's different comes along they call them a "monster" lol she's Thai of course she's going to look different. And omg whoever mentioned keumjo lmaooo I thought I was the only one who thinks she looks like an old man with a wig on

    I'm being honest rn and I think she's pretty and probably most of the comment that say she's ugly are either jealous b/c she's a star now or just plain superficial.     guys, just stop.. I am not a big fan of CLC , but I like them, I like their songs, I like Sorn and for me may she isn't something unique, but she is talented, she has charm, she is beautiful inside, stop bashing on her, and on anyone, cuz anyone don't deserve this... u can't chose how can u look.. and u aren't prettier than her, more talented than her, right? So stop hating!
